What time the event starts and ends?
Friday: 8pm – 6am
Saturday: 8pm – 6am
Sunday: 8pm – 2am
Are there any age restrictions for attending the festival?
People below the age of 18 won’t be able to enter the festival venue. Please prepare your ID upon the entry to validate you are at least 18 years old.
What type of tickets are on sale?
There are two types of tickets available: General Admission and VIP.
What is included in General Admission ticket?
General Admission tickets include:
- Access to the dance floor area
- Use of toilet facilities
- Access to bars, food area and chill area.
What is included in VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include:
- Dedicated fast-track entrance to the festival.
- Dedicated backstage area and elevated VIP deck with the best view from behind the stage. Here you can enjoy dancing and having drinks with more comfort.
- Dedicated premium facilities with VIP bars, exclusive toilets and curated service.
VIP ticket is 21+ so please have your ID ready when accessing the event site.
Note that with VIP tickets you can also book dedicated VIP tables.
Can I reserve a table and who can I contact for other VIP inquiries?

Can I re-sell or transfer my tickets?
A ticket that has been already purchased on Xceed can be transferred using the same platform.
What are the entry and re-entry rules?
To enter the festival site you must have a valid QR code issued by us or one of our partners. No access will be granted without it.
Festival re-entry will not be permitted. This means you may not enter the festival, exit the security checkpoint, and re-enter without purchasing another ticket.
Are lockers or storage facilities available?
We plan on having lockers and storage facilities. This will be finalised closer to the event.
Can I bring a bag with me?
Only bags smaller than A4 size are allowed on site.
What items are prohibited inside the venue?
List items such as professional cameras, outside food/drinks, weapons, and illegal substances are prohibited.
Are hydration packs or reusable bottles allowed?
No, hydration packs and reusable bottles are not allowed.
Is there a lost & found?
A lost & found booth will be available. You can also email lostandfound@soulofmasara.com during the event and after the event.
Where is Mašara Oasi and how to find it?
Mašara Oasis’s address is contrada Losciale, 52100 Monopoli, Puglia.
It is located in the area of Capitolo, which is only few minutes away from the cities of Monopoli and Fasano.
What are the closest airports?
The closest airports are:
- Bari Airport- 40 minutes
- Brindisi Airport – 45 minutes
- Naples Airport – 2.30h
- Rome – 4.30h
Where to stay?
The area South East of Bari offers various hotel options, both exclusive and budget ones which are only a few minute driving distance from the venue.

Are camping options available?
We do not have an official campsite, however there are several campsites within a few minutes drive from Mašara Oasi.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The site is wheelchair accessible. Disabled toilets will be provided.

Is there parking provided?
Parking is available on site and must be purchased via Xceed.
What payment methods are accepted on site?
A cashless system will be operating on site. You will be able to top up your wristband with your credit card or with cash (please bear in mind only € as a currency will be accepted for topping up with cash)
Will there be food vendors in the festival?
Yes, there will be various food options to cater for everyone’s need. Further details will follow.
Where can I see the festival program?
The festival programme will be announced and available at @soulofmasara official social media channels.
Do I need a visa to enter Italy?

What’s the weather like in Puglia during July?
Puglia has a warm Mediterranean climate so warm and sunny days are to be expected. However, we advise to bring long sleeves with you in case of wind or cooler nights.
Is there a medical team available on site?
Yes, a medical team will be available on site. Their locations will be provided on the festival map.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will be considered if the event gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
Are pets allowed?
No, unless they are assistance animals, in which case you must contact us at info@soulofmasara.com prior to purchasing your ticket.
Will there be photo/video recordings?
Media may be taken during the festival and used for future promotion.
Can I volunteer or work at the festival?
Yes. Please contact us at info@soulofmasara.com to discuss your contribution.

Ci sono limiti di età per partecipare al festival?
Le persone sotto i 18 anni non potranno accedere al festival. Si prega di avere un documento d’identità valido all’ingresso per verificare l’età.

Sono disponibili due tipi di biglietti: Ingresso Generale e VIP.
Cosa include il biglietto Ingresso Generale?
- Accesso all’area dancefloor
- Uso dei servizi igienici
- Accesso ai bar, all’area food e all’area chill.
Cosa include il biglietto VIP?
VIP tickets include:
- Accesso a un ingresso riservato con corsia preferenziale
- Accesso all’area VIP sopraelevata dietro al palco con vista migliore, dove potrai anche ballare e consumare bevande con piú comfort
- Accesso ai bar e bagni dedicati ai VIP
l biglietto VIP è riservato a chi ha almeno 21 anni: porta con te un documento d’identità.

Posso rivendere o trasferire il mio biglietto?
I biglietti acquistati su Xceed possono essere trasferiti tramite la stessa piattaforma.
Quali sono le regole per entrare e rientrare nel sito?
Per entrare devi necessariamente avere un codice QR valido e fornito da noi o uno dei nostril partners. Senza codice QR non si entra.
Dopo aver ritirato il tuo braccialetto, se dovessi uscire dal sito del festival non sarà piu consentito accedervi nuovamente.
Ci sono armadietti o depositi disponibili?
Intendiamo avere armadietti e aree deposito a vostra disposizione. I dettagli verranno confermati in seguito.
Posso portare una borsa con me?
Sono ammesse solo borse di dimensioni inferiori a un foglio A4.
Quali oggetti sono vietati all’interno del festival?
Non sono ammessi: fotocamere professionali, cibo e bevande dall’esterno, armi, sostanze illegali.
Sono ammessi borracce o bottiglie riutilizzabili?
No, non é ammesso portare borracce o bottiglie riutilizzabili.
È previsto un punto oggetti smarriti?
Avremo un punto oggetti smarriti. Puoi anche mandare una mail durante o dopo il festival a lostandfound@soulofmasara.com.

Qual è la politica di rimborso?
I biglietti non sono rimborsabili. I rimborsi saranno valutati solo in caso di cancellazione dell’evento per cause di forza maggiore.

Saranno effettuate riprese foto/video?
